“Just a note of thanks for your recent report for me, in response to the Building and Pest report that the prospective owners had done in relation to the sale of my home at 89 Ware Drive at Currumbin Waters. Your balanced assessment and recommendations were put forward by us, and ultimately they succeeded in counteracting the inuendo in the pest report they received that there was a major termite problem in the retaining wall and in the 2 large stumps in the corner of the block. "We Have been using Peter Gately (formally Tedmans now Peace of Mind) for over 18 years at our complex for all our termite inspections and pest control sprays. Some of our buildings were built over 20 years ago and were not built with the correct termite barriers. This has made us very susceptible to termite attacks. So far only three and as we have 6 monthly inspections and these were quickly picked up and eradicated by Peter. We find him not only very efficient at his job but also very honest as he will tell you that you don't need certain things at times if they are not warranted e.g. Termite Barriers before time or cockroach sprays in the wrong season.
